While the last line of text regarding Thrulls will pretty much never come up unless youre playing something like Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder, Soul Exchange is more than good enough without it
While it doesnt work so well with counter magic (unless you use it on your turn), a storm deck could probably be easily built around this commander
The most obvious answer is Amulet Titan, where copying an Amulet of Vigor on turn two offers for many game-ending Primeval Titan lines on turn three

I honestly can't describe it any better than that, as while there are a few tweaks to the Pokmon formula to make Coromon feel like its own game, with side quests and exclusively single-type monsters, the influence of Game Freak's smash-hit series is apparent in every step of this creature-collecting adventure
