It gives all your creatures a +1/+1 counter and deathtouch until end of turn if you have a full party at the beginning combat on your turn

Blue's strengths are drawing cards, taking control of opponents' cards, countering (negating opponents' spells), and flying creatures or creatures that cannot be blocked

in other cases, when a creature is put onto the battlefield attacking, that creature's controller chooses which player or planeswalker it's attacking

Dont get me wrong, I like this card a lot and hell see play in many decks, especially thanks to the C17 precons
