In short, yes - we think Lorcana starter decks are worth the money
As a one-cost, it's easy to work this character in with other plays, so sometimes it's better to play Pluto alongside a two-cost character on turn three just so you can play a five-cost Nani, Protective Sister on turn four
Many of the cards in this set tell awesome stories that hit perfectly if you know the context
