In theory, at least, Disturbed Spirits is the perfect deck to harness its power since the front side of our disturb cards are Spirits (growing the Spirits that Hallowed Haunting makes), while the backside of our disturb cards are enchantments to trigger Hallowed Haunting

Right now, some of the top decks are based around Charizard ex from the Obsidian Flames expansion, Lugia VSTAR from the Silver Tempest expansion, Regidrago VSTAR from the Silver Tempest expansion, and Gardevoir ex from the Scarlet & Violet base set
