Sure, you can combo it with cards that put extra counters, but if you can dedicate that much resources to one card, you can dedicate those resources to other ones that win you the game on their own, rather than relying on a combination of cards

The Internet Sensation Secret Lair, which has alternate art using well-known SpongeBob memes, already has a Counterspell with the exact same art

Any creature you control that couldn't be targeted by the original spell (due to shroud, protection abilities, targeting restrictions, or any other reason) is just ignored by Zada's ability
