This can be control decks with lots of answer cards however both Eternal Witness and Snapcaster Mage are far better value effects than this for much the same result

If the front face of the card is a creature card, you can turn it face up by paying its mana cost

It would rank much higher in this list if it weren't about to rotate out of Core constructed
