It's unclear whether this was the most necessary of the Slivers, but it was the one that frustrated the most opposing plans to deal with the problem and even opened up new game plans when the card advantage resulting from saving your creatures could allow Sliver decks to go the control route when backed up by counters and removal spells
I like this -- giant squid-men are neat enough, but I like horrors that are
Malboro Kind of a funny name (I don't really know Final Fantasy at all outside of a few games), but the effect is really strong
Creature reanimation works on these cards as well, because they are creatures as well as enchantments in every zone of the game, from from the hand, graveyard, or library, so be sure to double check the power level of every single creature or enchantment tutor you have
Decree of Pain is still a nasty card in multiplayer and casual lands
