From my playtesting, I've seen this deck easily outperform upgraded precons from other sets , so putting it in Bracket One, while technically legal, feels deceptive
This iteration of the counter doubling card comes loaded with a ton of little kitties, immediately making it a collector piece for players
[Terra] feels like a card that was built primarily around Celes, notes u/whitetempest521, and then late in design they decided that it needed to be Terra as the face of the game, and added the trance thing to fix it.
