Currently Grixis has plenty of great options to play alongside Nicol Bolas, and I believe Grixis Midrange will be one of the top Standard decks right away when Core Set 2019 arrives, but with many of the supporting cards rotating, we will have to see if Nicol Bolas can continue to carry the Grixis colors through rotation

Its the only card which allows effective breaking of the 100-card deck construction rule, but the impact of the card is more than that

I can easily foresee a scenario where you have about 20 tokens in play and you can cast Banefire for just one mana to nug an opponent for twenty damage if you build to deck right

Most of those run spells and instants to zap you or scry, with Cindervines they can still play their reindeer games, but its gonna hurt

You just have to control the Aura or Equipment you're targeting as well as the creature you're targeting
