You obviously wont want to proliferate your own battles since you want to remove them as quickly as possible, but you can always proliferate your opponents battles to drag them out as much as possible

You dont see the card in constructed formats since its a bit slow, but offers plenty of upside for Commander formats

There are exceptions for supplementary, reprint, or collector sets, which can come with two to four depending on the set and style
