What are the weaknesses and retreat cost of this Bewear card

This card works very well in Commander decks that dont let the mana empty from the mana pool, like Kruphix, God of Horizons, or cards that let you untap your permanents, like Seedborn Muse or Wilderness Reclamation

As long as I'm avoiding an officially sanctioned event, it won't really matter

So if you can design a blink deck that only blinks a few utility creatures like this while it goes wide, thats how this would work
