From the cool, purple coloring to counter the vibrant gold, to Hades status as a dastardly villain, the only thing that these two cards seem to have in common besides their 3/4 strength/will power numbers is the fact that both cards oddly enough have something to do with making a deal
As is, I dont see this promo being terribly valuable or collectable in the short term due to its widespread availability
Better Divination is always welcome, and granting a +1/+1 counter is really nice
