Today's deck is an experiment in trying to make a more casual deck that I can whip out when I want to drop my power level down, but still have a fun and engaging experience

This card is based on Rhystic Study , an iconic Commander staple that lets you draw a card any time an opponent casts a spell, unless they pay one mana.

In other words, it makes your commander much more consistent

I expect that once we actually get to play with the cards, some of the battles in this tier will rise to A-tier or maybe even S-tier, while others will fall toward the unplayable categories
