Like most Pokmon cards, the value of Aggron depends on a few consistent factors: its rarity, the printing and finish (regular or foil), its physical condition, and the set it was printed in (Mysterious Treasures)
I dont quite think this is a bomb -- the ability is certainly nice, but not game breaking most of the time -- still, it is a very good card
