Ragavan is a creature that you absolutely must deal with or itll run away with the game and make it feel like you cant come back

If you can take advantage of the "down sides" of this card, then absolutely run this in your deck

Its also nice to get a chance at spotting a counterspell in your opponent's hand so that you can play around it the best you can if they're running blue

This precon is jam-packed with mana and card draw -- perhaps even too much card draw, something I never thought could happen

You can presumably cast anything you find off it since you already had the mana to cast the Mage, which could include mana rocks like Chromatic Lantern and Worn Powerstone, or disruptive pieces like Trinisphere and Static Orb
