Keep them sealed if your main goal is collecting sealed products, but remember that condition, set popularity, and scarcity matter
Also, it can save you a turn as some SP players will be using Ambipom Gs Tail Code attack to move the Rescue Energy to a different Pokmon so they do not have to deal with your attacker coming back to life next turn
