A two mana 1/1 with Prowess is pretty bad, and while Haste and a cost reduction effect are nice, this doesn't do quite enough to overcome the bad baseline to be a really exciting signpost uncommon

What makes this Eladamri really good is the option to totally skip the casting cost for a creature, instead paying a mere single green mana and tapping Eladamri along with two of your cheap little tokens

If you're able to bounce or flick Hardy to reset your number, Crookshank Kobolds, Phyrexian Walker, and Yargle and Multani become absurd
