This card was the standout chase card of any POP Series set, as it hailed from POP Series 5 along with its twin, the Espeon Star

Hope is nice and all, but the odds that Lapras 7-Eleven cards will be sold in the USA are pretty long

These Japanese Pokmon AR/CR bulk lots are made for sellers who need cards that look good, feel exciting, and actually work well on camera

So if you read my reviews of the Spheal cards from this set, you'll know that neither Spheal card was that great, the first card only having one move that may end up doing no damage at all, and the second Spheal card being an average Basic Pokemon card but just a little slower on the attack, so if I were to recommend using one of these two I would recommend the second one
