As an uninkable card, Baloo sitting in your hand with only four willpower and 6 cost makes him a pretty sad sight if you don't have the ink to play him, and even when you do, there are far better options, such as Maui Half-Shark, the all-around better card for the same cost

Many, many characters in this deck are pirates - 24 different characters show up in this deck, of which 17 are pirates - and through various benefits and mechanics, the deck is telling you that it wants you to swing away with them and whittle down your opponents to get an upper hand on the board state
