Is There a Maximum Deck Size Limit
It has that nice Secret Rendezvous rate of three cards for three mana (assuming you still have three opponents!), but instead of piling the shared value in one place, it gives one card to each other player
A mix of both is certainly crucial to supporting decks with needy mana requirements

Im actually surprised that I dont see this card more often in Commander because its equal parts efficient and effective
