The two promo Pikachu ex are unique to this box they will not appear in regular booster packs

This also happens to offer a good amount of reach, and I think between synergy with Judith, Scourge Diva on top of having Gutterbones and Orzhov Enforcer as easy creatures to sacrifice and valuing two damage very highly, it checks enough boxes here, but I dont think its a great card if youre less aggressive

But its just the opposite: I'm not excited when I see a black-bordered code card, I'm slightly deflated when I see a white-bordered one
