Having a range of cheaper mill cards and higher powered ones allows you to play out cards according to the ratios you find your lands and spells are arriving in so that you are able mill for 30 by turn 4 in a variety of ways, some using slightly more mana and less cards and others vice versa

I wonder why they decided to go with Reshiram and Zekrom on the packs again and chose Regigigas out of all the Pokemon-EX in the set when Kyogre, Groudon, and Kyurem seem so much more deserving (and when Reshiram and Zekrom are also featured in the theme decks)

She even bears more than a passing resemblance to my favorite card in casual Commander, just with the addition of black to help enable her to do her thing even better

You will also notice that the Weakness and Retreat Cost are no longer aligned
