Further adding to the demand for this card and hence the uptick in its price is the fact that outside Japan, South Korea, and China, it has been many years since this cards most recent release

So for me not an option for the deck at all

Of course some basic lands have Non-English, single character names, and you might already play with some three-letter card names, Dub, Six, and Opt

Resistance to Lightning isnt very awesome, since Luxray GL will normally hit around you, anyway, and most other Lightning based rogues can run Sunnyshore Gym fairly easily, which lets them get around Resistance (and Weakness to boot)
