There's probably a weird corner case where you want to have different named copies, but I sure can't think of any reasonable enough to warrant this

After a spell with split second resolves (or otherwise leaves the stack), players may again cast spells and activate abilities before the next object on the stack resolves

Then the Vampire was printed next, same cost, this time it adds flying and +1 toughness, but it just works once per turn so it's both better then Mentor (flying, bigger size, no mana needed) and worse (just once per turn)

Hopefully we'll get a version later in a Commander deck or something that is the power of Venser the Artificer
