It has a silver coloured (probably nickel) collar which is stamped "JH" in a diamondThis stands for Jonathan Howell of Henry Howell & Co., well known Edwardian stick and whip makers. The long slim stock or shaft is golden segmented cane. The length would make it suitable for sidesalle use.
