Located on the limestone plateau of Francs Ctes de Bordeaux, the Amoreau family has farmed the property for more than four centuries, now in the fifteenth generation. Long before organic and biodynamic farming became fashionable, Le Puy rejected synthetic chemicals in favor of working in harmony with nature. Today the estate is regarded as one of the
