Pops 8670 in-house Steel - 48" Size:1/8" x 4" while still offering the ideal8670 is a high carbon nickel steel. It's extremely stable in the quench, with minimal warping. Combined with non nickel carbon steel it makes for a low contrast damascus steel. Comes in its annealed state and is properly conditioned, so there is no need for normalizing or thermo cycling. Incredibly tough with great edge retention. It has a straight forward heat treat with very consistent results, and minimal decarb. Bars are 48" in length. MADE IN THE
