I didn't have far to hike to reach the west end of the park where there was an abundance of wildflowers along with a mist in front of the box elder trees that line the banks of Eakin Creek West

GOLDEN MIST FROM A SUMMERS SUNRISE PATTERNS A cabbage white butterfly restsAfter photographing the sunrise and wildflower scenes moments earlier, I focused my attention on the low lying mist that was covering this prairie landscape scene. With the sun now above the box elder trees that line the banks of Eakin Creek West, the suns golden rays gave the mist and this scene a golden hue at Wildflower Park. This was a beautiful and remarkable landscape scene to have witnessed and photographed. (506 83)
