Hardanger Style Costume Dress for Girls Size:3-4 year Measurements on Size LARGE -Norwegian Girls Costume consists of blouse, jumper & apron. 100% cotton blouse and apron White blouse buttons down the front and has a ruffle at the neck and elastic at the wrists. Jumper is made of polyester but looks like wool and zips down the back. The jumper has a red lining. It has a 3 4" hem. The waist can be made smaller by tightening the apron strings. PLEASE CHECK THE MEASUREMENTS as sometimes the years do not accurately match the child. I
