Cyrstolon Sharpening Steel NB1212 Slightly over sized for properMeet the stone that will sharpen your steel! Norton's new Crystolon sharpening steel is easy to use and restores a blade's finish fast. This 280 grit silicon carbide rod enables you to create a sharper edge than any other sharpening steel. Norton's "steel" removes metal to impart an edge rather than traditional truing. Rod can be used without water or oil although it should be wiped clean after each use. The 10" rod is suited for most kitchen knives.
