Hand harvested grapes undergo traditional winemaking: destemming and pressing followed by 10 days of fermentation at controlled temperatures, then 8 10 days of submerged cap maceration. Post fermentation, the wine completes malolactic fermentation before aging. The wine displays a bright ruby hue with amber edges. On the nose, expect classic Barolo
