On the nose, we find aromas of red fruits mixed with spices. In the mouth, we also find a nice salty and mineral part. About the winery: Jean Marc Bouley creates his domain in 1974 to which he will add, ten years later, his father's one. With his son, Thomas, they combine traditional methods and modern technology to produce concentrated wines, with good
