There is a silver button on the heel of the staghorn which is stamped " Swaine & Adeney Ltd, London". It has two silver collars. The upper one has raised edges and is hallmarked London 1922 and stamped with the silversmith's mark "ESA" and the name "Swaine"It is also engraved "C. M. E."
