I came upon a pedestrian bridge that I wanted to photograph

composed the shot and started photographing this foggy scene of oak trees at Wildflower Park

This area is unlike any other in Illinois with 18 canyons and many waterfalls

I left that area and was looking for another subject to photograph against the soft fading light

The colors of the sky shifted from the light colored oranges and purples to a deep orange as the sun came closer to touching the horizon

WHISPERS OF THE WINTER CREEK Size:30x45 FINE ART PAPER I came upon a pedestrianAfter receiving 2 3 inches of snow during the morning hours, I set out to photograph this recent snowfall along Eakin Creek West on this Sunday afternoon. The temperature was in the mid 20's with a mild wind of 5 8 mph. It was mostly overcast with some sun breaks. The soft lighting during this time made for some nice images of the box elder trees and their reflections onto Eakin Creek West. (685 3442)
