A thick heavy fog surrounds Wildflower Lake with the sun beginning to shine through the clouds as I make my way through the park

I guess you could walk your way around it in about a half hour or so

After photographing the colorful sunrise at the lake with dramatic clouds

The area is made up of sandstone and was carved out by glacier melt water

I quickly composed the wildflowers of the swamp milkweed and some cup plants with the colors of the sunrise and began photographing

Was out for about 3. 5 hours this morning and had seen a lot of coyote tracks in the area and was hoping that I would get a glimpse of one. Earlier in the morning I ran into a gentleman and asked him if he had seen anything. He replied "only some coyote tracks" and that he had never seen a coyote here. I have seen them but, they were
