Vintage Shooting Stick with Cane Seat boot This is a cylindrical sterlingThis stick dates from the early 20th Century. It has a wooden (beech) shaft with a fixed metal plate and spike at its lower endThe cane handle forms a folding seat. This seat has woven cane or bergere panels. I can find no maker's marks or stamps on the stick.
