It is a bar brooch style with two silver bars with sphere finials, in the centre there is an aesthetic engraved crescent and two three leaved clovers. An interesting combination of Victorian symbols feminine, spirituality and luck. It is fully hallmarked on the reverse for sterling silver, Chester, 1900, maker Smith Bros.
