One place I like to photograph is along the South Fork Kishwaukee River

A colorful sunset comes into view as I make my way around Wildflower Lake with the colors reflected onto the surface and a breeze that moved across the lake leaving soft ripples in its wake

I thought this scene would be perfect to photograph as you can only see to the bridge and nothing beyond which helps bring about that ethereal feeling

I thought it would be another beautiful and colorful sunrise so, I left the house wanting to photograph the beautiful wildflowers of the Park with a colorful sunrise. I knew where in the park that had an abundance of wildflowers, which was the west side and a beautiful sunrise to photograph. I reached the trailhead soon after
