Giesen Vineyard, Organic Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough Chardonnay 60%Giesen Organic Sauvignon Blanc is an organically certified Marlborough expression sourced from three family owned Wairau Valley vineyards. The nose bursts with vibrant citrus zest lime and grapefruit layered with passionfruit, elderflower, and subtle nettle aromatics. On the palate, it is full bodied and textural, yet driven by crisp acidity and a clean, mineral backbone. Carefully blending small parcels fermented clean, wild, and in barrel brings
