Gongfu Style:

The water I use is 90c 194F  and do a fairly rapid steeping 15 to 20 seconds

Use 1 to 2 teaspoons and steep to taste

Water temperature  85 c

You only need a few leaves to make a great cup of tea. Very nice to drink neat with nothing added. Great value for the money. Steep the leaves over and over! Water temperature 85 c. Use just a few leaves and steep to taste: Either steep several times quickly, or prepare 1 teapot and steep 2 to 5 min. Do use freshly boiled water.
