Large Antique Mahogany Standing Boot Jack dated 1911 - Bootjack022 april25 They were traditionally used toThis is a large standing boot jack. It is beautifully made and larger than similar examples (please look at the final image for comparison)It is made of red brown mahogany. It has a turned handle and turned decoration on its legsThe swinging central part has an opening which would hold the heel of the boot to be removed while the wearer stood on the back of this part. There is a silver coloured plaque on the top which reads "27th Nov. 1911" around a
