We can play it, make three 2/1 fliers, gain six life, draw three cards, and then immediately gift it to our opponent so they'll have to sacrifice a creature, discard a card, and lose 2 life on their end step
(I should say, I havent played the game myself in 25 years, but the teenager who lives in my house is hardcore.) None of that is story, though
That said, I see cards like Mox Amber much more usable in terms of Commander, so for me, the price is weird on this one
