The newest set, OP-16 "The Time of Battle" (June 2026), is the clearest modern example of how rarity drives value: it carries three Admiral Manga Rares (Sakazuki, Kuzan, Borsalino) at the top of the structure, the rarest and most expensive cards in the set, while the cards you actually need to build a deck sit at Common, Uncommon, and Rare
Of course, this card makes the list because you can sacrifice an artifact to get an Inkling token, but all the options have their high-value situations
Its more expensive from the graveyard, but you still have to take this Orzhov card into account, at least in Standard
Now, you do need to cast it from your hand, so that stops any Shenanigans
