You can sort of look at it as a 4-mana 2/1 that draws you a card or a 4-mana 3/2 with some card selection, and neither of those is very goodbut there are some decks in the format that want cards that make two artifacts, as well as decks that want to explore and so forth, so its probably not terrible Weve seen this card before, more or less, and its always kind of mediocre
