Are shrines a strategy you enjoy, and would you like to see Wizards explore them even more in the future
Combined with the low average cost of cEDHs best playables, Ad Nauseam might as well read Pay five mana, draw 20 cards. This is obviously one of the best things you could do in the entire format, especially alongside the other cards on this list (Demonic Tutor to find your last missing piece, anybody?)
Its expensive and long, and you are handing over your valuable cards, hoping this company will do right by you
Creativity is what fuels Universes Beyond and justifies its stark break from the reality of Magic, but if Wizards is just going to throw random characters people like onto cards, without any strong creative vision, just because they know people will buy it, then Im afraid to say UB has already run its course
