We're going to get a couple of 'just an animal' in these early sets, but I do like the artwork on Kird Ape here, particularly the beady, glowing eyes

Its not the most powerful card in the world, but I could see it being useful in a Peasant Cube or Battle Box to reward players for dipping into multiple colors, plus the activated ability serves as a long-term win condition
