The thing is, you dont know what youll get, and because its EDH, maybe those cards dont help your strategy or what youre doing at all

Haunted Mansion does not, however, stop cards from banishing themselves as a cost to activate effects, nor does it stop Spells/Traps from being Set from the Graveyard (Toadally Awesome and Terrors of the Overroot can do this)

The effect is so simple but so effective that the card has had an on-again, off-again relationship with the ban list
