The ability to recur itself, be regularly cast for one or two U mana, and the option to flashback spells that cost 2 (such as Manamorphose ) are all attractive reasons to include this card in UR
Essentially, a deck that can get multiple lands out per turn, cast giant creatures early, and mash opponents to death using those giant creatures along with some trample sprinkled in here and there
You also cant make any choices or decisions for the player that would be called for by the tournament rules (such as whether to take an intentional draw or whether to call a judge)
