Ryan (he/him) has been writing about Magic: The Gathering and video games for years, and loves absolutely terrible games
It might not end up being the most top tier card ever, but it is a solid option
Like most Magic: The Gathering cards, the value of The Ninth Doctor depends on a few consistent factors: its rarity, the printing and finish (regular or foil), its physical condition, and the set it was printed in (Doctor Who)
Even without an overwhelming amount of sales data, this card is fairly easy to find across conditions, as you can pick up MP copies for close to ten dollars, while LP will be a little more, around $12 or $13, with NM versions jumping up into the $18 range, which isn't too much more for a clean copy
These are the most difficult to find Pokmon cards, and you should expect to open one in every 35-50 packs
