This commander does everything the archetype wants: it draws a TON of cards like a cheaper Toski, Bearer of Secrets, it transforms ALL your werewolves with minimal setup like a better Vildin-Pack Alpha, and it tosses in the iconic pump ability from Kessig Wolf Run

This card has a few hidden tricks up it's sleeve and feels almost like cheating if you know what you're doing with it (look at my Edgar Markov deck description if you aren't familiar)
